This guide will walk you through the ways to watch FS1 on Firestick. It will also work for those who own a Gen 3 Fire TV, Fire TV Cube, or a Fire TV Edition Smart TV/soundbar.
Back in 2013, Fox Sports Media Group decided to rebrand Speed, its motorsports channel with a new name. It ultimately became Fox Sports 1 or FS1, whereas Fox’s companion motorsports channel Fuel TV was replaced by Fox Sports 2, which is now known as FS2.
Alongside its flagship FOX Sports channel, Fox now also broadcasts live sports events, as well as news, sports-centric reality shows, and documentaries on the FS1 channel.
FS1 is one of the only pay television channels that broadcast select sports events in up to 4K Ultra HD or 2160p resolution, albeit available on a limited number of TV providers and compatible devices.
Thanks to the availability of TV Everywhere services and online live TV providers, you can now watch any channel on your Fire TV streaming devices. It’s possible to watch FS1 as well, now that Fox has finally entered in the streaming business.

Watch FS1 on Firestick with FOX Sports App
The FOX Sports TV Everywhere service is officially available for Fire TV devices, including the Firestick. It offers separate live feeds for the FOX Sports, FS1, and FS2 channels, so you can expect to watch all the sports events broadcasted by the Fox Network.
You can also watch FS1’s news, debates, and analysis shows like First Things First, Lock It In, Skip & Shannon: Undisputed, The Herd with Colin Cowherd, Speak For Yourself, NASCAR Race Hub, MLB Whiparound, and many more on-demand with the FOX Sports app on Firestick.
If you use a Firestick 4K for Ultra HD content consumption on your compatible television, then you also can stream select FS1 sports events in full 4K quality via the Fire TV version of the FOX Sports app. Not every TV Everywhere service offers 4K sports content.
Since it’s a TV Everywhere app, users will be required to log in with their TV provider credentials. If you don’t have a cable connection, then skip to “How to watch FS1 on Firestick without cable” section later in this guide.

How to Watch FS1 on Firestick Without Cable?
The FOX Sports app needs TV provider credentials before users can access the live FS1 channel feed or on-demand content. Since not everyone has a cable connection nowadays, we have decided to include a couple of online, subscription-based live TV streaming services that offer the FS1 channel. You can check them out below.
Hulu with Live TV
Hulu’s Hulu + Live TV subscription provides users a vast lineup of 65+ channels, especially a broader coverage of sports and news content. Alongside a full set of ESPN channels, you also get FS1, FS2, BTN, and NBCSN. The subscription costs $54.99/month, which even includes Hulu’s regular on-demand content library.
The addition of cloud DVR (50 hours) and two simultaneous streams is well-praised by cord-cutters. Cloud DVR is useful when you want to record FS1’s live sports event and watch it later.
If you are looking for the best live TV streaming experience, then we recommend you to opt for YouTube TV. Its $64.99 monthly subscription includes 70+ channels, with a vast coverage of local news and sports.
You can watch FS1, FS2, FOX Sports, BTN, and additional ESPN sports channels on YouTube TV, only if you are not bound to regional restrictions. You do also get unlimited cloud storage for DVR recording, as well as simultaneous streaming on up to three devices. FS1’s flagship shows can be accessed from YouTube TV’s on-demand library.
Sling’s affordable Sling Blue plan has 45+ channels to offer, including the FS1 channel. It will cost you $30/month only, making Sling the cheapest live TV solution in this list for streaming FS1 on Firestick.
Sling offers a flat $10 discount to new customers on the first month of subscription, effectively bringing the price of Sling Blue plan down to $20. 10 hours of cloud DVR storage, and three simultaneous streams are also provided with the base Sling Blue plan.
The cheapest fuboTV package that offers the FS1 channel is the $59.99 monthly fubo Standard. It also includes FS2, BTN, NBCSN, NFL Network, beIN Sports, Golf Channel, etc.
With the fubo Standard package, you do also get 30 hours of cloud DVR storage space and two simultaneous streams. If you can pay for the $64.99 monthly Family package, then the storage space for cloud DVR increases to 500 hours, and you get one additional stream.
AT&T TV NOW
AT&T TV NOW’s $55 PLUS monthly featured package comes with 45+ premium channels. Although sports coverage is more extensive on the $80 MAX package, you still get sports channels like FS1, ESPN, ESPN 2, NBCSN with the PLUS package.
500 hours of cloud storage for DVR is more than enough for sports fans. Even the entry-level PLUS package offers live TV streaming on up to three devices at the same time.
Those who have a cable connection can use the FOX Sports app to watch FS1 live on Firestick. If you are a cord-cutter, then grab a subscription from live TV providers like Hulu, YouTube, Sling, AT&T TV NOW, or fuboTV. Note that you can also log in to the FOX Sports app with these online live TV services to get an extra FS1 stream.
